Project partner DOPPS-Birdlife Slovenia has checked 100 nest boxes which were installed with cooperation with JZ KPG in previous years.

Five Scops owls with an important mission
In the start of July DOPPS- BirdLife Slovenia set up GPS loggers on five Scops owls.

As a part of the project short documentary about meadows of Goričko is in the making. The aim of the film is to introduce life of the meadows general public.

Artemis-the first scops owl with GPS transmiter
One of the project activities is installation of GPS transmittors on Scops owls. This will gave us the information on foraging habitats of this endangered species.
