Project objectives

Project objectives are:

1. To improve the conservation status of 4 target bird species: Hoopoe Upupa epops, Coturnix coturnix, Sadge warbler Acrocephalus schoenobaenus and Red-backed shrike Lanius collurio.

 

2. To improve the conservation status of 3 target species of butterflies: Scarce large blue Phengaris teleius, Dusky large blue Phengaris nausithous, Marsh fritillary Euphydryas aurinia

 

3. To improve the conservation status of 3 target habitat types: 

Semi-natural dry grasslands and scrubland facies on calcareous substrates (Festuco-Brometalia), Molinia meadows on calcareous, peaty or clayey-silt-laden soils (Molinion caeruleae), Lowland hay meadows (Alopecurus pratensis, Sanguisorba officinalis)
